I tried all kinds of stuff to get rid of my man boobs (or "moobs") including dieting and exercise (both of which I wasn't doing correctly because I had no guidence).
I even considered the idea of surgery but when I heard of the risks it put me off straight away!
I looked all over the internet at dozens of different solutions to my problem (and I even bought into a few rip off schemes).
However, one day I came across this site - www.thechestcoach.com and i'm glad to say that after a matter of weeks they have almost gone!
Anyone with man boobs must check out this website.
